I LOVE this bank. Best experience I’ve ever had, the tellers are friendly, the personal bankers always greet me with a smile, and I always feel welcome. Far better experience from the credit union I used to go to.

Worst experience I've ever had with a bank. Nearly every employee at this branch seemed they were being inconvenienced by my being there. I opened a new account, then found out that information I was given about their banking service was a lie. I closed the account two weeks later and no one even asked why. Guess if I had opened my account with a much larger sum of money, I might have been treated better.

We switched from BofA for obvious reasons and absolutely love CBR. Small, friendly and always so helpful. Highly recommend!!

********Lower Your Expectations Folks******* I retired last year and my wife and I decided to move to a bank closer to home in Raymore. We’re starting to believe that was a big mistake. I’ve visited this branch every week over the the nine months and the tellers here are just plain rude. I try to break the ice most days but it’s rare that it helps. If you like friendly service look elsewhere.

It’s rare that I take time out of my day to write a review but today I am making a necessary exception. I have been a member of this bank for approximately three years. On several occasions I have received terrible customer service from a teller by the name of Mary. I have called and complained at least twice in reference to her rude unpleasant behavior and again today this time in person. Fallon a manager within this branch advised that Customer Service is taking seriously but how is this true when there is never a sign of improvement. Mary is extremely problematic rude and unpleasant. I gave her a pass at least twice before because we’re human and you never know what a person is experiencing outside of their employment. I refuse continue to make excuses for her or turn a blind eye. I hope something can be done to resolve the negative interactions she displays to the public if not I intend to find a bank where the customer experience is pivotal.

CBR is a great hometown bank with all the benefits & conveniences of the large banks. Every time I go there, I am greeted by name, even when it’s a new employee. They take time to get to know their customers & make us feel valued. They are also the biggest single financial supporter of our many community programs in Cass County. I highly recommend CBR.

Bank employees are so Welcoming, friendly, & Polite. Every time I go there I’m proud to have an account with them.

We have banked at CBR for many years. The staff is very helpful and always accommodating if you have a problem with your account(s). We wouldn't go to any other bank in Raymore!!

Opened a new account which started off great. Visited the bank Saturday and the experience with Jessica was less than satisfactory. Attitude was horrible .

I like the service at the bank but am beyond frustrated at your on line service. I was told if I didn't want to pay for mailed statements, I should set up an online account, and I could see and print my statements, no problem. WRONG!! In the first place there is no print option AT All on the mobile app. And it does NOT tell me the current rate of interest on my variable savings account. If you go to google and sign on theorhetically, you could do all that there. Well, that worked for 2 or 3 months, but for months now, everytime, I try to sign on that way, it either tells me it's timed out, or tells me the service is not working at this time. Try later. Therefore for months now I can see my balance, and how much interest, I got the previous month, IF I use my phone app. But not the current interest rate, and if I want to keep a record from month to month of the interest added and balances, I must write them by hand on a piece of paper! If you're going to charge for statements, ALL the information pertaining to accounts should be available ON line. And should be printable!!
