I did not have the best experience at Commerce. I was selling a house and went there to close. I had to wait over an hour just to sign a few papers. Instead of allowing everyone to be in one room and sign, they call each individual party back to sign and it makes what would normally be an hour or less experience just drag out. I had another appointment and had to ask to do my part so I could leave. I can't imagine how long I would have been there if I had not spoken up.

Although for every closing we do follow the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s guidelines by executing the buyer’s loan documents in private, it does sound like there was some other miscommunication as our typical closings do not last as long as you stated yours did.
