This bank is like no other! Truly personalized service; management is accessible and wonderful and all staff from tellers to customer service to loan officers, are amazing. We have our home loan through CNBT and moved all of our financial business to CNBT and will never look back. They set the precedent for the way banking should be.

Our business has been using Commerce for almost two years, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. They're personable, approachable and best of all customer service oriented. We've found the experience of banking local to be exactly what we needed after years of being tossed around by bigger banks.

If I could assign less than 1 star I would. This bank was involved in a dirty sale of a home. Instead of looking at all offers, considering them and asking for a best and final, they sold it to a friend--without any consideration of the other offer. This is not ethical nor is it any behavior I would want from someone managing my money. Cronyism is not the way to treat honest people who want to use your services. I would stay away from this bank if I were you. If they exhibit little ethics in real estate transactions, why would you trust them with your money? I plan to consult an attorney and see what my rights are here.

Great bank! I have banked with them for over 20 years and have received excellent service and competitive rates. The bank personnel is friendly and helpful and their mobile app is the best. You won't find a better bank to deal with.

Cutomer service experience not good at all. Rep who answered the phone was very rude and not at all helpful. Spoke to two different employees who where not at all helpful. Thumbs up to Louise who finally helped me.
