I have used Comfort Pro on a couple homes I have built. I have also used others when needing to save money. Comfort Pro is the best in responsiveness and workmanship. They are not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. Sean was very flexible with our project timeline this fall and was great with communication. Only two disappointments - they pushed down the ceiling Sheetrock, cracking the plaster, and didn’t really own the problem or offer to remedy it. And the spray foam attic seal was a bit sloppy, not consistently sealing around the cans (see photo). Overall, I do recommend them and would hire again. I would just ask to inspect the attic seal prior to loose fill, because you never really know what kind of workmanship is under there. Update: I called them back to finish an area in the basement that was missed around my basement entry door. The spray foam is sloppy, with lots of overspray on switches and nearby mechanical equipment. When I called to point this out, there was no offer to remedy this. I am now questioning if I'd have them back for the next job.

Sean at Comfort Pro was ON time, Great Value and this past winter, the spray foam insulation saved me over $50 a month on heating bills. I had several trades to calendar in and Comfort Pro was always in time, did an outstanding job, was clean and professional. You may pay a little more for spray foam, but you will get it back MORE in savings with energy cost and additional support in the walls.

First time hiring Comfort Pro to do a complete removal of my attic insulation and re-insulate with an air barrier of spray foam and blown in insulation. My first impression was the deciding factor in working with them. I talked with Sean and he came over promptly and on time to give me an estimate. The final price ended up being exactly as quoted, so that’s great service for those who need to plan ahead. It took them only two days to completely remove all my old messy insulation and completely spray and blow in the new insulation in my attic and my box sills in my basement. Anybody looking to re-insulate should first consider getting a layer of spray foam to tighten up your envelope before spending money on more insulation. That will be a huge savings for you. Comfort Pro Insulators did an excellent job insulating two of my homes. They were timely and showed up when they said they were going to. The insulators did a good job cleaning up prior to job completion. Good/ reasonable pricing.

We worked very closely with Sean Capelle in getting a quote to insulate the attic of a Circa 1910 Dutch Colonial house after having the old insulation vacuumed out. Sean was very professional in trying to accommodate the insulation installation schedule for the changing attic work activities that were also being done by an electrical contractor in the attic. The insulation crew was very professional and they did an excellent job!!!!

We just purchased our new home in the area and had Sean give us a quote to spray foam the sill box area of our basement. We are extremely satisfied with the results especially the reduction in the humidity levels in the basement. Savings alone with the dehumidifier not running 24/7 is great. The techs were professional , quick and cleaned up everything. Definitely would hire them again - no hesitation !!
