Comerica Bank Fenton Pkwy, San Diego

I never have to wait in line for a long period of time but the Branch I used to go to Closed without notifying me so I had to find another Comerica Bank and it’s so fzz as r away And I never seen an ATM anywhere

I tend to rate the people with whom I interact rather than these institutions. The corporate entities are virtually all the same. Their products and services are all a variation on the same theme. However, once in a great while you'll get a chance to interact with a genuinely good person that makes a cold, heartless corporation seem warm. I had that opportunity today with the banker here named, Gurly. I've gone in this bank many times and felt just like a number. Today was different. So if you get Gurly, perhaps you'll have a 5 star experience too. Otherwise, it's 3 stars.

This bank & manager has the worst customer service. The bank is supposed to be "business friendly" all they do is charge fees upon fees. When I go in to the branch to speak to the manager he is condescending and not helpful, basically blaming me. They are the most un ethical bank I have ever banked with. Save your headache and go somewhere else.

This is a lousy financial institution. I have asked for my account to be closed for over an entire month. This bank has done nothing but harass me and my family economically assessing bank fees for no reason but for harassment. I am a care giver and work seven days a week. I deeply resent this bank lying to make money in fees. I want this harassment to end.

Recently had some fraud on a checking account (washed check). The check number wasn't even close to ours and the back was not the same. Believe it or not but they would not reimburse us for the fraud. I don't know how this could even slip through there systems unless they don't have systems. I talked to other banks that do have systems - this would not have happened.

I SPOKE TO SOMEONE WHO WAS NOT HELPFUL !! I GAVE HIM ALL MY INFORMATION HE NEEDED (BIRTHDATE, SS#, ADDRESS) AND AT THE END OF GETTING MY INFORMATION HE SAID SORRY I CANT GIVE YOU YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBER. WORSE BANK EVER!!

I have had nothing but excellent service!! Kind, patient, caring individuals from the manager to the tellers!

The cashier does not charge commissions in Spanish bank (ING)
