Comerica Bank Concours St, Ontario

Great bank for business account. My gardening business is seasonal and in the winter my account stays pretty low. I switched to Comerica from Chase a couple years ago because Chase required a minimum balance to avoid fees. Never had a problem with Comerica. The other thing I like is I can call the branch and someone at the branch helps me instead of a call center minion.

No 100 dollar bills available from inside atm

Really wanted to give a negative rating, seriously can't believe they are in business, customer wrote an NSF check they would not give me a cashier check to deposit in my bank they said the funds were there so my bank took it back and the funds were not there. When I called the branch they said they would exchange for a cashier check, but when I got there they said no, they were rude after explaining I was having difficulty getting paid. If you want to deal with a bank that does not operate like a bank and is shady then they are your bank, how the heck can they stay in regulation let alone stay in business. Beware

I called ahead of time and it said I had x amount of dollars available to withdrawal.. drove over 20 miles to the nearest comerica bank in Ontario and they told me my funds are not available for withdrawal despite the fact that the 800 phone number representative told me its available... now me and my 12 year old daughter are stuck because my car has no gas in it.(on check gages).. I was RESPONSIBLE I called ahead of time to verify the funds were available, if they would not of been I would of never came here knowing I had no way to get back home due to lack of gas ...but the bank is letting us sit inside in their offices in the ac but I'm hoping this will be resolved before they close or I dont know what will happen. I'm thankful they are being so nice to us and letting us sit inside and offer us water to drink. 2 hours later my funds were released, filled up gas tank and headed home... very thankful for their compassion over a miscommunication issue.

This is the worse institution of banking by far. There customer service and staff are very rude and unprofessional! They treat their customers aas if they are liars. There is plenty of other banks that treat customers like humans. Commerica is not one of them. I would of gave negative starts but that was not an option.

Seldom more than one teller working. Slow.
