Do not bank here ! They will judge you by the color of your skin , very disgusting and unprofessional. Take your business elsewhere!

The bank let you open an account online and then close it on their own the next business day. A check was deposited between the two events. They held the fund for more than a week and is returning it with a fee deduction. Only activity on account was a mobile app deposit, and they slapped me with a returned item fee. They never explained the fee. Stay away from this bank.

1 atm only. No virtual banker. I don’t understand why the other locations in Richardson, Plano, and Allen all have multiple atms at each location AND virtual bankers. Given this branch is in Firewheel, I would expect better.

ATM ripped me off $500

Excellent bank with attractive incentives for small businesses and organizations. I have been very satisfied with the Comerica commitment to customer service and knowledge of their banking associates.

I made a cash deposit at the drive thru and there was no one in the line . It took 6 minutes to complete the transaction. Each time I go to this location the customer service gets less than desirable.

Best bank I have used in my entire life . Strong customer satisfaction skills.
