Columbia Bank S Union Ave, Tacoma

First time coming to this bank! The teller was very friendly and the service was fast😁

This bank use to be great in the last few years my experiences with Columbia bank have gotten worse with each interaction. This branch obviously has high employee turnover and I can understand why. The branch manager who is always wearing a bow tie & over sized glasses has a terrible attitude and takes over the interaction from the teller whenever he feels like being confrontational. After banking with Columbia for almost 15 years I am still asked to produce multiple forms of ID or asked additional security questions (example; provide my SSN a loud in the lobby or through the a speaker at drive-thru) because Washington state ID isn't good enough. I'm always held up while watching other customers breeze through the line. I decided to make shift my funds/business to my another bank BECU Where they treats customers much better.

I Love this bank you always help in whatever way you can and I am very impressed with everything you do thank you!!!!!!

Went in today and bought a $10 roll of quarters. Just counted it out at home and it's short one quarter. Lame...

Worst bank branch ever so I deposit a check in there in came back nsf not bye my fault someone hacked my account took me 2 weeks finally fixed it I explained what happen they kept my money knowing I needed it for my employee mind you I paid them thru these good check held my money not caring I call to speak to Becca she said she was going to call the branch checks were written on and she didn't n she promised to call me back and had not I called I'm getting the run around they won't return my calls a
