A few months ago I was in the act of looking for a specific gun for the best price. Wasn’t rushing to buy something, looked around and came here maybe twice within 2 weeks to check what they had. Second time I came in, I looked at a gun and politely said I was gonna keep looking around. On the way out the door I overheard the male employees at the pay counter talking about me and saying I never buy anything. I turned around and exchanged some words and told them I wasn’t buying anything now for sure. They replied, “You were never going to in the first place.” A few days later I paid $400 for a gun at a different pawn shop in Opelika. Never going here again. Stay AWAY! They will talk about you behind your back! No telling how they act or what they do when customers aren’t around!

Found myself a little strapped for cash recently. I brought in my ID and a 60 inch 4K TV. I walked out with cash in hand in minutes! Fantastic customer service!

Had done business many,many years with them since R.Ray owned it. Recently fell on bad times and ended up having to return what I had rented, was told to come back when things got straighten out by Phillip, when I went to rent something else was told I would have to pay for merchandise that I returned before I could rent again . Was a good place until he took over as manager.Will nevery buy anything there again.

This place is hands down the best place to go in the Auburn/Opelika area. They seriously care about what you want and how to stay in budget. It's hard to create a great atmosphere in a pawn/furniture store but these people pull it off in flying colors. In the last 2 days I made a purchase, sent my mom and then my dad to check them out and they both agree they're amazing. You can tell they really do like their jobs there and helping people. So if anybody goes to check it out I recommend asking for Kenneth because that man is a budget furniture ROCKSTAR!!!! Can't be happier with the entire experience😄😄😄😄😄😄

Very good place to do buisnes with. Owner Managers and staff are very kind and eager to assist you. Very gun gun prices and bargains. Every time I have been in every experience has been the same five star service.

Check the manufacturer before buying anything here. They were selling a $240 Ashley tv stand for $300. They wouldn’t lower the price so I went to Ashley down the road and saved $60 dollars.
