I worked with Ryan C. at Colorado Capital Group recently to refinance my existing mortgage. At the outset they helped walk me through the different things to consider when refinancing and from there made the process quick and efficient. Very happy with the overall process and level of service.

I am writing about Colorado Capital Group. I have been fortunate to use this group multiple times for mortgages over many years. They give personal service, accurate and pretty seamless. I would recommend them without hesitation. They also contact you when rates are appropriate to re-finanace.

Ryan and Colorado Capital Group were awesome. I didn’t understand a lot of this mortgage lingo and Ryan took the time to explain. The best part was I did something called Doc-Less and needed to send minimal paperwork. I was closed in less than three weeks. Thank you!

I would like to report what an upstanding guy Paul Eddy is, an owner of Colorado Capital Group. After my earlier review below, I had several conversations with Mr. Eddy. He was very concerned and wanted to investigate further. He did and now Mr. McBryan no longer works for Colorado Capital Group. I truly was impressed with Mr. Eddy and his professionalism. He was genuine in his handling of the issues I had raised and very courteous. These types of responsible business owners should be rewarded in my opinion. I would be pleased, if I had the present need to allow Mr. Eddy to handle my mortgage business. Please note that this is about one of Colorado Capital's individual brokers, Andrew McBryan. I just learned Mr. McBryan works here now after handling a mortgage for me last May. He had promised certain things, including a $500 payment and never delivered. If he is working for you, be very wary. He had also promised to get PMI removed and to refinance another house we own. His promises never came true. The good news was that Andrew was able to get us a mortgage for a mountain house that was off the grid. The bad news was that he was behind in their paperwork and did everything at the last minute and charged really high fees. One of the fees was a complete surprise on the day of closing. It was $500. We were told it would be refunded to us after closing. After a year of multiple emails and texts as well as voice messages where the refund was promised - and even statements that "the check is in the mail" we never received it. I am convinced it was never his intent to refund it. Make sure everything is in writing and in advance with anything he says.

Paul and I have done business together multiple times and his patience and commitment to explaining and assisting you is above and beyond. Extremely impressed!
