I have been calling for a day & half to talk to a human. There is no such thing, at any bank. Just constant streaming ads no matter what button you press. ANSWER THE PHONE

The reason why I'm giving one star is because Alexis is a very nice young lady. This bank probably would be much better if they train their staff to give good customer service. I never had an account and can't cash my payroll check without depositing it at least not the entire check. They wanted to put a hold on my PAYROLL check for 9 days. I can see if my job and paycheck was out of state but it local. The teller laugh when I said just give me back my check. You can't make deposits by ATM only thru teller. Never had an issue with a bank cashing my check. I'm going to close my account.

Did our mortgage with Colony a year ago and had such a good experience that when we recently decided to change banks, it was at the top of the list. After speaking at length with them, we decided that it is the perfect mix of "big and stable" and "hometown feel" which is exactly what we were looking for.

Super friendly staff went to open an acct with them very clean inside to def recommend to anyone who needs a bank

There are many banks in the area with much better customer service. I used to enjoy banking here but the home town feel is gone.
