We are so grateful to have had Kristen Petri as our real estate agent! We live 2 hours away from where we wanted to buy our home & she was amazing in accommodating our schedule! We had to bring our 1 year old son with us sometimes & she was so gracious about it. She really listened to what we wanted in our new home & what our price range was & only showed us the homes that matched our expectations. As soon as a new home was open on the market, she was sending us links to check it out. When my husband would text her at 8AM with questions, she promptly responded. She really knows the area & guided us on what the school districts were like, like amount of elementary/middle/high schools & standard class sizes. She was very knowledgeable about making offers & she made our closing process a breeze. She would be my 1st recommendation to anyone looking for a realtor. We truly are so happy with our experience!

unprofessional staff no communication and they wont even look at you if you have under a 700 credit score.. i would rather go thru zillow. thanx for leaving me hanging waiting for an answer on whether i got the place or not. that's so professional. p.s they are not open 24-7.. they close at 5pm on weekdays and 1pm on weekends..

They are a friendly and professional bunch of agents. They also sold my house faster than anticipated.
