Cobalt Credit Union Manawa Centre Dr, Council Bluffs

If i couldn this this would be zero stars This place will rip you off stay away! Staff here telling me . 10 rolls of quarters and a bin full of quarters is only 130 dollars I'd pre counted them and know that's way way off stay away from this credit union

Now known as kobalt credit union. The two workers their today were incredibly professional and helpful. I had a lady with short hair I can’t remember her name but she was delightful to work with and very kind and understanding

I have never had a big issue with them my issues have been minor and taken care of they are always friendly to me when I go in and call but if my accounts r messed with or they become rude I will switch I love their hours they are open later than regular banks it's more convenient

Everytime I visit this location I'm greeted with friendly service and they have done everything they could to meet my financial needs. They always seem to be smiling and have fresh artistic decorations on their wall. I'm happy to be a Sac customer at this location. Plus, they're open 7 days a week!

Completely unprofessional. I called into the store seven times.... This is my local branch so I only want to do business with them considering that it's the closest... however once I got to my question for the tellers even the MANAGER, they acted like they couldn't hear me "hello? hello?" then hung up every time....

Money went missing from my acct multiple times including large sums up to 1600.00 and they could never explain what happened and refused to research it. It started as small amounts and steadily got larger. They did not show a transaction only as a bal change. They would also occasionally double post transactions and I would have to prove the error. After the large sum I obviously switched banks to First National and have never had another issue. Love First National!!
