    Every interaction is polite and professional. The people I engaged with are quite nice and want to help you. Clear level of mis-information which results in a waste of a customer's time. Called several times and asked the same question and I've gotten different answers. Thank for trying to help answer my question, but don't tell me the wrong answer when it comes to my finances.

    I called on a Tuesday to have a replacement debit card sent. I was told 3 business days! Coastal was quick to take my money. I called again on the following Monday only to find out that the card was never expedited. Lots of "I am sorry's" and no resolution! I have already taken two days off to wait for a delivery that must be signed for. As a long time customer, this is completely unacceptable and now, I can somehow get to a branch miles from home or wait another 7-10 days because the card was never ordered! FIND A DIFFERENT BANK!

    Refinanced our car with coastal and got a much better rate than the dealership offered. Very pleased with my experience in the branch to finalize documents. They were very respectful of my time since I was on my lunch hour. Great experience!

    Disappointed that I can call a branch directly.. Been sitting on hold for 7 minutes and another minute explaining to the agent what I needed, then another 2 minutes to finally reach someone at the branch. All while trying to follow up on a call I had with the Page road branch. Please post branch phone numbers and make contacting a branch an option in your auto-attendant. I'll up my score from a 1 star to 5 star once this has been completed.

    I went in to open an account at the Falls of Neuse location, waited 30 minutes and was not see. Left went to Durham Page Rd location waited 30 minutes before being see. The virtual tellers, does not replace good customer service. If you want service Coastal Credit FCU is more of you serve yourself through their virtual tellers---not the people sitting guarding the bank helping you. Aweful service, poor customer service. Not to mention to open a business account--- you have to open a Personal account. I was told in the Durham location because we are not a bank. You are right you are not. Go to Suntrust in Durham located 1611 S. Miami Blvd speak to Allie Rodriquez--- now that was Awesome service.

    I've been a member since '97. I don't use my account often, but it's there. Because of my infrequent use, they refused to deposit my check and then refused to cash it. They sent me to a bank where I'm NOT a member, and DON'T have an account, to take care of the services they claim to provide to their members. This is the rudest and most useless bank I've ever used; and exactly why I don't use it often in the first place.

    I have never had as horrible experience opening an account. First they told me the wrong thing about how to get my husband on the account so he goes in to fill out the form they sent and is told I have to go back. then they tell me to just log in for the online banking... two weeks later and way too much bad hold music and I still can't log in online and am told I need to go to the bank to get my login which should be the darn account number. Its pretty pathetic. Oh, and they got the street name right on the box delivering the checks but but misspelled it on the checks... overall not very impressive. So apparently I now have to take more time off work to go back into the @#$!#@# branch to get the !@### account user name to log on online. Total PITA. And all this happened because they let someone unauthorized start removing money from my account....

    This is a large branch compared with some others. Plenty of teller machines. They are doing so many things right I would just recommend everyone give them a look. Their automated tellers are open from 7am to 7pm every day of the week, they have extremely good loan rates, and they have a program that kicks back some money for high utilization.

    Terrible customer service. Request Ed name change and new card. Got new card but still old name. Plus, cancelled current card before replacement came. While On Vacation. Why not wait til I activate the new one??? Always something with these jokers.
