Not this specific branch but coastal opened an account in my name without my approval and a 0 balance, immediately withdrew a fee and sent me a letter telling me to bring the account above 5 dollars. I immediately called and they said it was an accident and would be fixed. It wasn’t fixed and now the credit score I’ve been fixing for the last 10 years is ruined. They don’t care. Every time I call I am transferred until an office is closed. Pathetic and incompetent. DO NOT TRUST WITH YOUR MONEY!

I was looking for a branch that's open on Saturdays so that I can open a checking acct for my son, but reading these reviews....I'll stick with the Falls of Neuse branch or the Crabtree Mall location open on weekdays. I have my own attitude, I don't need anybody else's. Wow!

I am a physician at WakeMed. It is unfortunate that WakeMed employees have to deal with this lowly bank/credit union with ZERO customer service. The only reason I am still with them is because its on campus of my work place. Staff is extremely "low energy", lack of training and interest in the job, cannot answer any question straight with confidence. Incidence 1: I wanted to change my checking account type due to the fees that they were charging. She asked me to wait because I had to fill a form (which apparently could not be mailed or downloaded). The form was with the office superviser (who was in her cabin on conference call as I was told). It appeared that they were afraid to enter her cabin. I was told to come next day because supervisor was going to go for lunch after the conference call. They made me wait for 20 min for 1 form to sign. Supervisor came out with the form as if it was a huge favor on me. And she told she was late because she had to do an online training (not conference call!) Incidence 2: My debit card was compromised (identity theft). Card was blocked by fraud detection team, who asked me to go to the branch to credit the unauthorized charges. I went to this branch - they told me to call the fraud department again because they were supposed to take care of the issue. I wasted another 30 min there arguing with them with no resolution of issue. They have no value for your time. Just bunch of unprofessional untrained people who don't know what they are doing (other than deposits and withdrawals I guess).

Was in Yesterday with Ms. Leslie she was amazing however today I have the worst luck having to work with Ms. Amanda Bos. Her whole disposition was disgusting. Her attitude disgusting. It’s sad when everyone else at the branch was so pleasant and wonderful and one bad apple makes it’s such a horrible experience
