    I usually have good experience with Clark County Credit Union. They have helped me with loans and I enjoy banking here, however there have been a few transactions that were mistakes, and due to funds not being in the account (having no knowledge these transactions would be pulled) I was charged insufficient funds fee. After calling about the overdraft fee I was made to feel it was my fault and that this is a ONE time courtesy even though the transactions were unknown to me until it was too late. Now that I was actually short for a payment by $2.83 mind you, and going in the next hours after noticing the transaction immediately to deposit more funds I am unable to receive a courtesy now because of the whole dilemma which happened about a month ago that was not MY fault. I even asked Rosemary at the Sunset branch and she told me she would put in an investigation this was Friday 6/14/19 maybe an hour after the transaction actually posted to put the funds in the account. Well now it is Monday 6/17/19 and I called in and got someone at the call center who said no notes or investigation has been made. She said she sent some sort of notification to Rosemary with my contact information, am hoping for a response (she said I should receive a call by end of business day). Normally it would not be that big of an issue but at this time I am unemployed and struggling to put food on the table so $35 at this point is a big deal to me. I hope someone from the branch can resolve this and get back to me. Thank you.

    The absolute worst service of all time, I have a 6 figure auto loan that I am currently refinancing out of this credit Union for no reason other than they do not understand customer service. Brett Jones has repeatedly not allowed me access to my own account based on nothing more than a password that they say exists. I could not make extra payments, I could not access my account online, nothing. No password has ever existed on my account, to make matter worse, Brett Jones and his team of “customer service” people have made it inordinately difficult for my new bank to pay the loan off. NEVER GIVE THIS “credit Union” an ounce of your money or time.

    I stopped by to see if I can set up an account for an auto loan. Gina was very helpful with the account set-up and clearly explained the steps. Dina helped with the loan process and the paperwork for the loan. The whole process was a breeze! Every time I have gone to them since then, the CCCU staff has been incredibly friendly and made me feel like a valuable customer. I highly recommend them over any major financial branch.

    This branch needs to respect 1st amendment auditors for filming outside it is their right in a public setting.

    I can't say enough good things about this location. The branch manager, Ron and his loan officers Evan and Dina made my experience getting an auto loan SEAMLESS. I never felt like i was bothering them and they really took the time explaining everything to me. They all made sure I was getting the best deal possible and I will send everyone I know to them! Thank you all so much again! 10/10 highly recommended.

    We have been long long long time customers of CCCU. We have noticed in the last year that both our debit cards have been compromised much more frequently which was alarming. We have never experienced our debit card being compromised BEFORE we even received the card in the mail. After speaking to the representative, we learned the card never made it to our mailbox yet and somehow was comprised yet again. Then a few months later we learned the bank would be closing completely to switch systems. This is a bit ridiculous. Closing the actual for 4 days to learn a system I suppose is one thing but to have no access to own online account for 4 days?!?! That's absolutely ridiculous. Whether you asked permission or not. Then we have a charge show up on our account for $-6.68 and the description says Sam's Club from 8/2/18. When I called no one can tell me exactly what it means because that date was before the new system. When we have thousands coming in from my husbands current job and from his military pensions we cant risk not having access to our money or access to our online account. And furthermore we cant keep our money in a bank where we cant trust our money will be there. I went today to withdraw majority of our checking and savings and will continue to withdraw until after the first until we have nothing left and then close the accounts. While in line for over an hour I happen to talk to 2 individuals and they said they cant stand the new system. They also said they have stood in line for over 2 hours since the new system. Whoever thought the new system was going to benefit CCCU was clearly sold on a wrong deal. It's a sad day because we have been with CCCU since before my husband joined the military so that was 2002.

    Just want to give a shout out to the entire staff, especially Travis. With the change in their system I've been having issues using the app, but Travis took time to try to help me out as best he could. Issue is still not resolved, but there is honestly nothing he could do about it. CCCU - Please get the app issue figured out & your online log in. That's my only issue at the moment.
