Wow, has this place changed. I bought my wife's first new car here more than 10 years ago, and when we went back to replace her car with a RAV4 I ran into the most slimy sales manager I have ever encountered in 18 years of buying cars. The salesman was decent but then he switched us off to this sales manager, and he tried every dirty trick in the book to make us settle for a model without the options we wanted (but loaded with other stuff we didn't need) because that was what was on their lot. I told him that I did not appreciate him wasting our time and left. Save yourself the trouble and just go to Crown Toyota in Ontario. They were significantly more straightforward and simpler to deal with, and that is where we bought my wife's new RAV4.

Took my car in for recall service and I double check my car for any preexisting damages and on saturday September 1 when I get the car back I notice the knob to move my seat back and forward was hanging off When they returned the car back from the repair I tried calling the service advisor who helped me and no call. Horrible service all through out the day got attitude from the shuttle people and now this. Then I found a pack of gum I had in my center console opened and on my passenger seat.

I was here to purchase a vehicle with my girlfriend and ended up also purchasing one for myself at the same time. This is some of the best service I've ever seen at a dealership from start to finish. Jean Carlos handled the sale of both vehicles and we couldn't have been happier, I didn't even feel like I was buying a car, such phenomenal service I can't even say enough. Also, the final paperwork process with Natasha was such a breeze! This is when most dealers try to slide things by you! Natasha was so sweet and professional, I'd highly recommend Clermont Toyota over David Maus any day of the week! Do yourself a favor and purchase your next car from here. From sales to the GM and final paperwork process, you'll be happy you did!

Do not bother coming here for maintenance. They’re lazy and don’t even bother accommodating customers. You might as well talk to an automated machine because all their responses are pretty much scripted automation. I don’t even know how they’re still in business practicing this way. **Even with an appointment, your car is not guaranteed to be serviced. That’s garbage.**

My trunk cannot close properly, they charged me more than $120 for diagnosed test, but it cannot be fixed. So, I have to do myself. Moreover, I have engine oil pressure low, and I just changed the oil last two weeks, so I told the dealer the problem, they tell me to do diagnosed test again, and they changed the oil for me. After one month, the message pop up on my car again and again, so I watch the youtube channel to figure out what's wrong. So I decide to open my oil cap to check the oil level. And what shocking me is the oil level is very low and smell like burning, it is dark oil. But I just changed the oil two times in two months. I don't have any proof about being ripped off. I just recommend you guys becareful on this dealer, they not care for customers, all they do is take as much money as they can. God knew it!

My 2010 3rd Gen Prius ran error codes for the EV battery. There was a 10 year or 150k mile warranty on the main battery. They handled a Hybrid traction battery warranty replacement like a champ! No charge to me and replaced the bad one with a whole brand new battery. Also standard, since I lived in Chino, they gave me a ride home and also picked me up when it was time to get my car. Fantastic service on my Toyota at this dealership!
