We have financed through George Hager two times (and Citywide Home Loans three times). I highly recommend him for all of your home financing needs. Through both transactions, George has been fantastic. In early 2021, I shopped 4 different companies for my refinance, and George beat everybody else in terms of both loan costs and closing speed. The process from first phone call to final funding was only about 20 days. George was always communicative with us and moved the process along quickly. Fast forward 12 months later, and we were in need of purchasing a new home. George was diligent about getting us pre-approval letters quickly and at any time, and when we finally found a house that our offer was accepted on, George locked us in at a good interest rate. good price, and helped us close on time. George is extremely competent, knowledgeable, and responsive. He has been doing this for 20 years, and fully worthy of your business.

The process was fine until there was no follow up to help get our home refinanced. It was made to sound great with lower rates , money back and saving money then when they get all the facts days later we were told they were checking with an underwriter due to lower credit scores we would hear something Monday. With no answer that Monday a follow up message mid-week from us we still got nothing in return. A week after the process started i sent a text expressing our displeasure with no communication and being done with the process i got multiple responses. If contact was made it would have been understandable.

We had a great experience with Citywide. We worked with George Hager. His team was on top of communication, he let us know what we can do to proceed quickly and George and Debbie worked really hard to help us. They were always responsive and refinanced us quickly. We would use them again for sure!
