I had one of the most amazing experiences at this City National Bank in Walmart I was upset and these ladies made sure that I was calm down and they ease my mind and even gave me knowledge about filling out my deposit slips before I come to the bank. Madison, Lily, and Elena We’re so gracious to me and they helped me tremendously and efficiently

I called the Business Support Number for help unlocking my account online last week and the lady on the phone asked me if I lost my checkbook because she was listening to my background conversation. I told her I needed help unlocking my online account. She proceeded to assist me I told her thank you and was off the phone. I dropped off $1000 cash on Feb 14 Sunday Morning between 9:45am & 10am before the snow storm hit bad, in the night drop box and made sure it was empty when i pulled the lid and reopened it. Now Today 2/17 I cant make a $45 refund to my client and my deposit hasn't posted and the phone rep who I called for help unlocking my online account flagged my business check books stolen. I dont know what type of banking institution City National Bank is running but this is by far the most unprofessional bank I"ve ever banked with. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Sandy was Awesome ! She helped me open up a new account at the end of the day, literally 10 minutes before close and she was very hospitable and patient with me much appreciated !

I've never had a better banking experience! Joe was the most helpful and made opening a new account easy and stress free. This location isn't the closest to my home but I definitely see myself coming back for the service quality.

Great bank! After being treated in the worst way at chase bank, I feel lucky to have come across a friendly family type bank who treats people as people with a certain amount of dignity and respect. Nothing negative to say about my new bank and their employees. Thank you city bank!!

I’ve banked with City National for several months now & have absolutely loved the experience. Between the phenomenal service from every banker as well as, the modern and sophisticated look of the branch after remodel I wouldn’t want to bank anywhere else. This bank is pretty spectacular as a whole but this branch is the cherry on top.
