I've frequented many locations in my 30+ years as a member of CECU and I've had wonderful experiences during that time. The Washington Pike location is the one I frequent the most and Susan always greets me with a welcoming smile. She knows her customers by name and goes above and beyond to take care of them appropriately. CECU, Susan is a jewel of an employee. Thank you for maintaining quality staff.

I've been using this bank for the past 13 years and I LOVE it. Wonderful tellers, finance people are helpful and I have nothing bad to say about CECU. Great credit union.

Horrible customer service! This credit union is way behind with technology. Your banking options are very limited with services offered. There aren’t that many locations and after hour services suck! I suggest taking your money elsewhere

I like absolutely nothing about this establishment!!!!! If you want to jump through hoops to get your money then this is the place for you!!!! Had all documentation needed to conduct the business I needed but refused to take care of it!!!! Closed account and will never step foot in another one!!!!

They actually want to protect your money, instead of milking you for every penny you have, because that's in their favor...

I wanted a signature loan to work on my truck have been a member for about 18 years I had to go bankrupt awhile back and I paid them off but since I have child support they are unable to help why lead me on since Friday tell me no how are people supposed to get a new start when someone you thought was on your side will not even help you and also it would be coming out of my check so it would be paid why should we even have a credit union give some one a chance thanks for nothing my money will be going g elsewhere

You get the benefits of a shared credit union plus generally friendly employees.

It's like performing in a circus the amount of hoops you have to jump to get your money. They claim to help build your credit but womt even allow you pay utilities or other Bill's using your card. Trying to get useful info is easier done at the dmv or irs. They charge a fee just to enroll into the Mobil app for your free checking as they advertise. Thier phone line might as well not even exist. I do not recommend this bank.

Bank here for over 17 yrs now and love my experiences!!! Missy is the best!!!
