City Check Cashing Main St, East Hartford

This place denied services if you don’t have a mask. They definitely lost a few clients from East Hartford resident . The wearing mask has been ban for East Hartford resident and they still require for you to wear it for services. I definitely won’t go there again and will pass on the word .

This place is horrible. Employees are unprofessional, smoking inside the place, rude, dont know how to treat consumers. They close before time posted on web site. The place should be closed or get new employees. I have gone a couple of times for myself and have taken others and I ALWAYS leave the place frustrated and upset!! 😡😡😡😡

Good service all the time ive never had an issue

NEVER AGAIN, I went to this place to pay my utilities bills and was treated very poorly by Camie. From the very moment I walked in and she took care of me, she had an attitude and was extremely rude, wouldn’t allow me to explain myself or even ask questions, shorty after me telling her that her costumer service is horrible she threw me my utilities papers and my money back and told me to have a good day and then sat right down at her desk. I was shocked, very unprofessional I will not come here again.

Called in this morning for some information and the female that answered was a joke, very unprofessional claimed she doesn't know what time the store close and wasn't open but we having a conversation#BadforBusiness

They advertise that they are open 24 hours a day on google.. I drove out there just to find out they close at 2 on a Saturday.. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

Usually easy in and out lately not the case ...closing early....running out of money...couldnt even cash my check...not the first time either...Just ridiculous and annoying...like fix the problem already jeez

Poor Customer Service and overall bad business. How you close early on a Friday. Smh
