City Bank Town & Country Ln, Houston

I came here by mistake while I was looking for a Citibank 😅😆 But the staffs were nice and properly corrected me. Man, but this place looks very fancy and I like it! :)

This is a very fancy bank 🏦, however, I don’t understand why google maps has it as a Citigroup Bank 🏦 By the way this a really nice bank, City Bank!

Love the changes that have been made to this bank in the last 3 months!! Better location! Nice people! Change my rating from a 1 star to a 4 star!! Employees at the front were extremely nice but could use some more training. Keep up the great changes!! (3 months before) This is the only City Bank in Houston. It takes me 30 minutes to drive to this bank in more times than not they can’t do what I need them to do. I like to change my debit card every few years and there’s always something wrong. City bank is a great bank in Dallas and up in the Panhandle area but this particular City bank is the stepchild of all City banks. I hate changing banks but it looks like that’s what I need to do.

I open an account 2 years ago and for the last 2 years I have not been able to access the account on line....I called online help and told many times that my name is not my name??? hello so how they open d account.....

Great news city bank comes in Houston tx

It is very rare to see mortgage bankers this slow and dishonest. I worked with a banker named Dean. Throughout this lengthy process, he assured me that loan is good to go with the given rates. After two months of waiting and losing opportunity to engage another bankers before next rate hikes, they came back to me and raise the agreed upon rate. Please be aware dealing with this bank. I will not recommend engaging them if you are considering new lenders.

My partner died and in the mortgage contract I appear as co-debtor or something similar ... because I can continue paying monthly but they refuse to put me in the paperwork of the house so as not to continue paying on behalf of the person who died and I do it legally ... We got this home through NACA as the first home ... and as a same-sex couple ... I got lost. Someone on this planet can help me.
