I was given the information about CMA from a trusted Attorney firm when a Refinance fell thru after 2 months and 5 different closings from a big box company that claimed they were there to help Veterans and then dragged out process till it was no longer viable with the needed requirements for a VA loan. The rates changed over a quarter percent. Citrus Mortgage Associates came thru in a clutch to get what I was looking for even as Rates were on the rise. Very professional giving me the best treatment and rate available which was less than I was quoted from the other company in the end. This is a company you can trust with your information and your future new home. The previous big box company had my insurance dropped for a weekend because of a payoff request and hard hit my credit multiple times trying to trap me into their new terms. Citrus Mortgage handled everything once and made the experience pleasant. Never ran into a problem from start to finish. They were definitely on the ball. In any situation Either buying a house or refinancing one I would definitely recommend you put it in the hands of this Local company. They have many options for lenders that gives the customer an advantage finding what fits that would not be there with other Brokers looking at their bottom line. And it truly seems that their Reputation and business name means something more to them than these mass market types with the mailers. Only thing I regret is not getting hold of them earlier.
