I would give it 0 stars if possible. This bank is a total joke. The manager Alonzo yells at customers and talks down to people. He regularly closes people bank accounts without any reason. If you have money here get it out right away. Don't Say I didn't warn you.

Do what you say you’re going to do. Simple as that. If your sign says open till 12, don’t close at 11:45. Just lazy.

If I could give less than a one star I would, The bank manager Alonzo is the worst manager I’ve ever experienced, I am a local business owner here in Cedar hill beware of this Bank and the person that runs it. (Don’t say I didn’t warn you)

Worst bank I’ve been to the Hispanic manager that’s been there for years is a joke sorry I don’t know his name, they closed my account bc I have 3 business accounts and they said it raised a flag. I had to wait 3 weeks to get my money account the cedar hill location is horrible.

Great place to bank. Good personal hometown friendly service.
