Citizens Bank Supermarket Branch Attucks Ln, Hyannis

"Worst"! customer service experience I have ever had! The branch manager Brendan is rude lacks everything that makes a customer feel special ,I wouldn't refer my worse enemy to this Bank because of this outrageous experience! I also noticed a few complains on here about this same manager his name is Brendan. I confirmed this information through customer affairs.

Bank manager(s) very accommodating. I do not have an account here, but needed assistance after regular banking hours. Good team running this bank.

Brandon at the Hyannis Stop & Shop Attuck's Lane Branch NOT very helpful and very rude! He needs to be re-trained and has no idea what customer service really is.

I sent an employee to the bank to set up a checking account so I could help her learn to work for herself and be independent the bank and their con men arrived in my salon told them what I wanted a sole proprietor account like mine I told them no corporation they took her into a room and set her up with a costly corporation the bank representative told her to get it on line and told her the answers to the on line application questions to get a costly corporation costing her &9,000.00 in tax return for a single mom when I complained to citizens they just about said tough instead of having a meeting with those employees from the bank and paycheck mr Kevin that were involved they don’t care about the people on Cape it’s about selling bank products use a small bank on cape that cares about you not making money

Manager Mike is a racist. Take your money elsewhere.
