I have never received anything short of terrific service from this branch. Even during the pandemic, I visited the drive through often, and the staff was still friendly, helpful, and they always apologized for the wait and thanked me for my patience. I will keep being a customer!

Please stay away from this bank. My experience may help you with your decision. My checking account never went below $1500 dollars, still, they charged me $9.99 for a service fee. That’s when I decided to closed my account. Still after closing my account I was charged with 3 overdraft fees in 4 days totaling $110 dollars. You are kidding me? $110 dollars fees for a $46 dollar transaction??? Never will be banking again with this bank….

Listen this new crew sucks.. So unprofessional, and so slow.. Took 15 minutes to go thru the drive thru🐢🐢🐢🐢

terrible bank for loans! they take more than half a year to do refinances. we provided everything they needed but still cannot close the deal. the loan officer and underwriter blame each other and don't have a good relationship. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK!

Terrible bank, stay away. They're mess your account up and if you complain will tell you nothing is wrong. Then 7 years later you will get a letter about the error.

worst service ever!!! currently taking 7 months to do a refinance and is still not done! DO NOT pick this bank for getting any type of loan!
