Citizens Bank Second Street Pike, Southampton

Manager was very rude. Lady who was taking me (blonde Russian) didn’t even smile or say please/thank you. How is this place still open??

One of my family members works here and she does an amazing job!!! She works so hard to make the money she needs!! Keep up the good work Southampton!!

Had a company issued check that banked with citizens, teller would not cash my check because it exceeded their “limit” of 2,000 dollars. I’ve cashed similar checks at the branch of frank ford and Robbins st and never had an issue... on my exit she also says “good luck”.. never knew I needed good luck to cash a check ?

Worst experience ever had with a bank representative. Did not explain products they sell because of their ineptness it will cost me a $50.00 penalty to withdraw money from bank

Horrible customer service at this location.

Went to come to open a business checking account they treated me like a child it's the last place I'll ever go to I really felt really uncomfortable there
