My experience with chase Bank was not a good one. I learned that the banking system in Pennsylvania has a 500.00 limit on how much you can withdraw in a 24 hour period. You are out of luck if you need more.

very kind and helpful staff. they even let me withdraw $40 worth of quarters!

Had a citation that the police dept stated they didn't receive my check for a year ago, and they asked that I go to the bank to get a printout. Waited an excessive amount of time because they only had one teller. Then got told I needed to see a banker, but there was none available because they were only running with one banker. Closing my acct with Citizens was one of the best decisions I made.

Went to the bank for the 1st time and even though the hours on their windows and door says one o'clock they're closed. Would have been really nice if they had informed their customers they were changing their hours. This was the Swissvale branch. Bad enough they closed the bank in Giant Eagle but now you can't even get to the main bank when needed.
