WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! i will definitely report this location and give a VERY BAD review everywhere i find feedback for this bank they don't help customers they will tell you anything to get rid of you whit thing like " machine is not working' or the classic " there is nothing we can do" even if customer service noted the account with instructions they will say that notes doesn't show anything ( STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK )

Usually they have great customer service when they have their regular staff, unfortunately during this whole Covid-19, they have some new people I’ve never seen before and need a customer service rep. Who literally was on the phone 30 minutes about tell someone in the phone to open a new account & interest rates, & etc over the phone & had the audacity to not take care of a simple thing I needed to do after she finished her call but to go onto calling someone else on the phone & telling 1 of the tellers to help me.

Stupid customer service. I was waiting for around 30min just to open an account but nobody is available for that. Just unbelievable ignorance and unprofessional behavior from an international bank like HSBC.
