Citizens Bank W Skippack Pike, Center Square

Very large bank which is usually not very busy at all. Makes me wonder why they need so much space. But it is a nice place. My mom and I went in to get information and the man who helped us was very friendly and knowledgeable. She didn't switch to this bank as of yet so I can't say much more about it now.

Shawna was great! She helped my mother with online banking issues she had. She was pleasant, patient, knowledgeable and thorough to help us out.she was determined to make sure we walk out with satisfying result and we did. We felt welcoming from the moment we stepped in and satisfied when we walked out.

I Make deposits for my 84 year old boss all the time. Today the woman had the nerve to deny a balance inquiry, when every other time it hasn't been a problem. I understand there's protocol but I write the checks I balance the account more than my boss. I MAKE DEPOSITS ALL THE TIME!!! I didn't want transactions or anything like that just a balance which again I've been given previously. I WAS THERE ON FRIDAY!!! AND THEY GAVE ME A BALANCE SO I don't know, maybe its cause I'm black but I reccomend the citizens in Giant they always take care of my needs whenever I'm there.

Great bank. New manager Hannah is very helpful and took great care of me! Very friendly people.
