Citizens Bank Frankford Ave, Philadelphia

This location is the one I used to frequent most. The parking lot is behind the building, and it is a little tough to turn in due to traffic and people parallel parking on each side of Frankford. The building itself is pretty small, but this location has a drive thru and is pretty fast with getting things done.

Very friendly staff, very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. They greet you with a smile and they know your name before you hand them your identification. They are very helpful and patient.

This is the worst bank ive experienced the tellers are slow and rude. Theres usually not many people but theyre always to busy to want to work. More like lazy they definitely need new tellers Nd management

I had a bad experience in the past , but Betsy and Miranda are excellent !

So slow don’t work and open any account with this bank
