Citizens Bank Frankford Ave, Philadelphia

Went into the bank to close an account that I had with my parent that passed away. . Waited in line for around 40 minutes, to speak to the representative. When I spoke to said representative, they told me that I needed to be 21 to close an account or bring my other guardian. Henceforth being 19 I was not able to do so. I then brought my other guardian to the bank for them to tell me that I needed to go through the legal department first. He told me there was nothing he could do, and that he wasn't expecting me to bring a parent on the same day. This has been a total waste of my time, and I am very frustrated with your team for not being clear.

Great customer service which is what matters to me. I can have a checking and savings accounts at any bank, but it is the oeople skills that determine where i bank.

I had a wonderful experience with the teller Frank! I recently had my wallet stolen and i needed to create a whole new bank account and reset everything i had set up. He was such a great help and got me back on track! He even called me the next day to reassure everything was set in place! I will definitely make this my forever citizens stop!

please get the outside atm fixed won't take cash and really needed to get money in my bank this morning

Horrible. Went there, wouldn't let me in door, Ignorant manager,this is America, not a 3rd world country. I was mad, let down and,embarrassed the,way this citizens treated me,a loyal customer for 3 yrs. The manager woman was completely unprofessional. Look at the reviews on here. Everyone says same thing. Citizens don't care.

Absolutely terrible. Have had nothing but problems with them and when you call to fix the problem they might have 1 out of 10 people your on the phone with actually help you. Don’t recommend this bank at all.

Why do they have there ATM closed on weekends?! Like what if someone need money out ASAP..
