This branch’s manager is super rude to my husband when he called in to ask wiring the money. Not only she was unhelpful, rude, incompetent to be a manager, but also was racial discriminating my husband. She literally hung up on him in the middle of the call. I do not understand how this corporation can hire such unprofessional people like her as a manager. I work in a customer service devision too but I would never found myself hearing absolutely absurd conversation like that ever. Recommending people coming to this branch? Definitely NOT

Never have i ever got racially profiled not by the clerks, but the manager herself. I was trying to do wire transaction to Canada and i went to one before i visited this branch because they did not help me at all. I was hopeful this branch would helped me but no. At first, a gentleman greeted me told me that the staff who can do it was on vacation until one week later, then i asked if he can help me make appointment then but he said no and make sure to call ahead before walking it the day they can do it, which is today June 28th 2022. But during the conversation i can feel i was being look down of due to my race as Asian because other non-Asian client got treated with utmost respect while i was treated differently. What happened was I called and asked if i could walked but they told me i have to make appointment for next week and i was got mad because i was trying to do that for 3-4 weeks from one branch to a different one. Then i pushed them to help me to resolve this today. I got a call back from the manager herself and guess what, her tone is so disrespectful and not listened to my side of the story at all. She suggested some solutions and i have no options except followed it and after that i asked if i could speak to someone above her to get this resolve and she just talk all over me until i asked her name then she has the AUDACITY to HANG UP on me, a client who has been banking with them for 7 years. It is really absurd.

We are disappointed in the customer service of this location of Citizens Bank. Certain front teller's attitude is unrespectful, nasty and abrupt to customers. We have to drive far to other locations. Hoping the Bank Management will see our reviews and improve this location. Thank you for your attention.

This place sucks.. terrible customer service. Wanted to get a notary done. Bank was empty Asked the teller do they do notary She went behind the wall to right hand side . Allyou can hear is someone mumbling do they have an appointment. The lady cameback said u need an appointment. No mention of nothing else just goodbye. With citizens for 2 years i had to drive to Mattapan to do it .

They didn’t even take the time to look into my account and address my concerns. He gave me a generic answer and said there is nothing he can do for me. Despite me speaking to a customer service representative who advised me to come to a branch.

A terrible experience. The teller in this bank has racial discrimination.Every time I go to handle business, my service attitude is very poor, and I deliberately make things difficult for us, and I will never go to this bank again.

The Bank Manager of this branch in present time April 2020 seemed clueless on how abroad global sourcing remote hiring works (when abroad companies hire you to work from your location, not theirs) and a Bank is way above the criteria for the needs met to have this service done. My experience was, needing a USCIS form filled out proving to the abroad company that I am a citizen with full eligibility to work in the USA. A bank employee being a good standing member of your community and also having professional credentials can accomplish this task both easily and also legally. There was constant struggles and confusion, even with my supporting facts and even offering the company emails for further verification, it was hard to get the form filled out, and a mistake was made, and I tried to go back to which the branch manager refused to fix the one error. He just refused to listen to my facts or the company that hired me facts about the unique situation. The manager here seriously needs to learn how to relate to the individual's situations and with supporting facts and evidence confirming the legitimacy of the task at hand, there shouldn't be any cause for concern. I find this very unprofessional for someone who holds this type of position. With more and more people reverting to remote or at home jobs, remote hiring processes like my situation are going to become a more and more common thing as time goes forward, and this Bank Manager should learn how to deal with these types of documentation, especially having notary credentials and other such bank related credentials, this was a very unprofessional reaction to this task that a notary public should be able to and is able to get this simple task done.

I live 10 miles away and instead of going to my local branch less than 1 mile away I come to this particular branch because everyone here goes above and beyond to make sure all your banking needs have been met. Exceptional service and super friendly staff!
