Citibank Post Rd, Scarsdale

This bank is horrible. It is the slowest service I have ever experienced. There are always extra workers in the offices are bumbling around in the back, while a line of ten people are being helped by only two tellers. It is never a quick in and out experience... I have no idea how this is even possible in 2022! Get your act together!

Update: 1/9/2020 6:04 pm Was almost robbed at the drive-thru by two people in that SUV. Called police, investigation ongoing. Citibank refuses to have a guard. Since they let Trader Joe's customers use their lot, escape was nearly impossible. This was my last time at Citibank. It's too dangerous. No parking, no guard, not safe, but a service charge every month for what? Glad to be moving my money out by the end of this year. Don't come here if you want a decent experience.

I ordered a new debit card and received a new card addressed to me with someone else’s name. I went to the branch to speak with someone about it and the manager didn’t have a minute to talk to me. I was told they would call me as soon as they had a chance. I’m still waiting for a phone call. Do not use Citibank! There is no excuse for the mistake they made with my account.

I've not been happy with Citibank at times, but the manager at this branch is awesome. I've unfortunately forgotten her name, as I went only once, but she was super-nice and spent a ton of time helping to resolve an issue that Citi's online and phone customer service couldn't help at all with.

0 stars. If you want to cash a check as a non-customer, look somewhere else. They’re rude and terrible. During COVID-19 crisis, They refuse to cash a citibank check, while the other branch that cashes the check closed

The tellers are professional, but the branch never answers a phone call. the phone tree is endless and never results in being able to speak to a human being. The managers can never bend a rule. The interest rates paid are ridiculously low.

Parking attendant was disrespectful. Citigold person not in the office and nobody cares about their client.
