I agree with the other reviewers. Banks should be discreet and courteous and just do their business without asking for private information. If you swipe your bank card and they know you by your passcode, they should just take care of you. This is why I do not use Citibank anymore. Update: the ATM machine miscalculated my deposit and the staff had no way to go into the machine and check on the money taken in. I will not use this location to use the ATM ever again.

Hi everyone. Just quick feedback about customer service in this bank. Right before Christmas I went up there because I had some difficultys with my debit card. One of an associate Mellena refused me in help. She told me " I have more important things to do, beside helping you.... " . I ask for a branch manager. She wasn't there. I came back another day to talk to her. After telling her all about her unprofessional and very rude associate. she told me: that she can't do nothing about and recommended me another associate. In my opinion this branch has very poor customer service and doesn't appreciate customers at all.

Staff is untrained. They were unaware of what a cash advance was, and how to process one. She said she would "try" and then proceeded to ask me for my social security number, I told her that's not necessary for a cash advance, and she said the computer told her so (even though she'd gotten a pen and paper ready to write my SOCIAL down on)! You can't just write this stuff down on scraps of paper. Either their training is so bad or their computer system is so bad--either way why go with a bank that doesn't know what they're doing? I went to Chase and had it done in 2mins flat, no fee, and without having to divulge personal information that will be leaked at some point in the future.

I must be lucky because every time I go inside for anything other than a cash advance (I use the atm for that), I’m always treated well. Not sure why everyone else has had a bad experience...all I can say is based on my observation of people while I wait for a teller or anywhere in general is if you want good customer service than make sure you’re a good customer yourself. Leave your attitude outside.

DO NOT GO THERE! I had a really poor experience at this branch. They have NO intention in helping you at all. I had a really simple issue to solve and since the beggning they made everything difficult. I am not a Citibank customer and never will be one after today’s experience. Simply horrible staff! *I went to another branch (Mission) and they solved my problem in less than 5 MINUTES*

Good location with parking. However, I do hope they put less effort in selling their credit card perks.

Citibank is bad overall anywhere (even at their headquarter). This branch is especially bad.
