Citi Weston Rd, Weston

This branch, the only open in my town, is supposed to have drive thru service until 4:00 pm Monday through Friday. That's what listed. I went at 3:35, 3:15 and 2:55 on different weekdays but no service. Even the tube customers are supposed to use to send transactions in were removed. I called customer service. After 12 minutes of press-this-and-that a representative answers but she was stationed overseas. She was very nice but had to transfer my call to the another department. I waited 10 minutes on hold but had to hang up when no one answered.

When you come in to see a representative and sign in you are ignored while there are six employees doing nothing. They seem to think they are at a cafe at lunchtime. Terrible terrible service. I have waited 55 minutes so far this time. If you need to get to your safe deposit you have to sign in and wait. The last time I waited one hour and 30 minutes and then left. I can’t believe how mismanaged this branch is

I wish they are open atleast once week late in the evening at the drive through. . I had problem a with a check that I deposited through the atm as the branch closes early in the evening. I called a few times but could not resolve and went into the branch on a Saturday. But did not resolve as promised. In the beginning, they showed interest when I opened the account. I had to return after a few months, as the promised bonus was not given. Iam planning to switch if I have more problems.

Worse customer service ever. You go to the branch and they don't want to help or do anything. they always say call customer service. what is the purpose to have a branch. and now they don't take cash. A bank that doesn't take cash. horrible I'm closing all my account with them!

don't waste your time here. worst service ever. I made an appointment with Angela on Saturday and it is confirmed via email. When I come in on Saturday, they told me Angela does not work today. The other guy worked there told me Saturday go by appts only, so he couldn't help although he has time...

Extremely slow each and every time I come here. I am here right now and they have one teller working and she is super slow, her last name is Ibanez according to her name tag on the counter.

I wanted to withdraw my money and they made me feel like I was a thief, for wanting to withdraw 10k cash it took 45 minutes.

I really do not recommend this bank. Maybe a part of the staff is nice, but the services and the bank in general is awful ! A lot of friends and me had a lot of issues with this bank.

Went to deposit a check, they need the manager approval and the manager wasn't in the office, the only solution was to come again tomorrow...

Really ban experience with this Bank the Manager Brazilian lady is so rud and the Bank Officer little bit ignorar ...
