Business banking: - Took almost a week to initiate the business account opening - branch rep forgot to "ask some questions" and didn't bother calling us to ask them, until I called them myself and asked what's up - For 3 weeks after the account opening, we couldn't get the business debit card and access to online banking, because they "had more questions"... Which they again didn't bother to ask - Went over to the branch and after a myriad of questions they said they can't issue a debit card without a CPA attached to the business account - Asked to send a wire transfer to Coinbase and they misspelled the details, so the wire didn't go through - Next day, went to the branch to transfer the money to my personal account and shut the damn account down. The same day, came back to the office and finally got our debit card in the mail (remember, at the branch they said they couldn't issue it)... Since the account was already closed (supposedly), I disposed the welcome kit and the card - The next day, a branch rep is calling me and saying that they couldn't close the account at the branch (What?!?) and hence we'd need to call the customer support and go through the maze of their phone menu. - Figured that we needed to get a wire from a client, before we can open an account with a new bank. Since the account was still open, I decided to re-order all the account assets, until we can ensure an open account with a better bank. - After getting through a myriad of phone menu options, finally place an order for the new debit card... Though for the welcome kit they told me to call the business account department. After spending 20 minutes walking through the phone menu, I finally got to the business account department... Which said that since the account was open just under a month ago, the one who'd have to re-order it for me is my messed up branch... - I'm calling the branch and they say that only the customer support can order the welcome kit replacement... I politely inform them about the circles of hell that I've had to go through with their bank and particularly this branch and that the customer support is pointing fingers at them and they're pointing at the customer support, to which they said they need to do a "research" to figure out who can issue that... And they research may take up to 10 days... 10 DAYS TO SEND US A WELCOME KIT... I've been served at about 20 banks of different sizes in several countries around the world, but never so far did I see so much incompetence and un-synchronization between the bank, their customer support and their branch. Can't wait to open an account with another bank and forget about it... Congrats, Citi, you're absolutely the worst!

Applied for a loan and was initially approved and appraisal and closing was ordered. After incurring the costs of the appraisal and other costs in the amount of $933.25. We were advised that the Bank would only approve the loan if we deposited One Hundred Thousand Dollars in their bank. We refused and they have now indicated we will not qualify for the loan. We requested a refund of the appraisal and other costs and the bank loan officer is refusing to return our calls or emails. We even met with him in person to request a refund, but he will not return any of our contacts. We believe the bank is being dishonest and deceptive in trying to get us to deposit additional funds in their bank. When we refused, they stopped communicating with us and refused to return our money for the appraisal. I would NOT recommend using this bank for any of your business or personal affairs.

The staff here require that you have an account before they will do anything for you. I withdrew several hundred dollars from their ATM and paid their ATM fees, then went inside to get larger bills. They would not help me since I don't have a citibank account.

I only do personal banking here and I've never had an issue. They have customer parking right behind the building.

Full of nonsense. The staff was very unprofessional. Will never deal with them again.
