It's truly a bad place for banking. I read the comments below and I went anyways. This bank branch is truly bad service and poor staff training. They make their own rules, way different from other Citibanks. Not sure if that is normal with Asian culture (most employees are Asian), but this branch does not have any customer service at all. They treat their clients terrible as much as I could witness. I hope this changes soon.

Absolutely terrible service. The agent was giving me a hard time so I asked to speak to the bank manager and he opened the conversation with "I'm in a hurry so make it fast." Then when I tried to explain my problem, he kept interrupting me, until I finally asked him if I was allowed to speak, and he told me no! Even after two in-person appointments, they still don't know what the procedure is that I'm supposed to follow or what documents I need to complete my transaction. There is a culture of arrogance and incompetence at this bank that goes all the way to the top of management. Avoid CitiBank at all costs!

If you are a business trying to open an account AVOID THIS BRANCH AT ALL COSTS. Sarah Is by far the worse accounts manager i have ever dealt with. She has made up requirements and given wrong information everytime. Its now month 2 if trying to open a bank account and she is still making us jump through loops and getting nowhere. There is many other people who have dealt with her incompetence and rude attitude. Management is not doing anything to help us.

4/23/13 VERY FRIENDLY BANKING I try to avoid cheating on the Citibank by my home (on Treat). I bank there mostly because it's convenient on my way to or from work. I use this bank only for the office business account. I do not have a personal account with Citibank, but I am inside a branch 2-3 times a week. The Treat branch has been consistently wonderful, and we've had two appalling experiences in Walnut Creek (lost deposits). This was my first time inside this branch. I parked in the lot out front shared with several other businesses. It's been a while since I've been in this plaza. Probably since I took my ASVAB at the Naval recruiting station back in 2000ish. While reminiscing, I locked my car and shut the door, purse still on the front seat; keys in purse!! #$%& me! A kind stranger saw me breaking into the back of my Explorer and he offered a helpful hand. Together, we retrieved my keys. By the time I got in to the bank I was hot and a little dirty. Thank goodness there was no line because I'd left my patience somewhere outside. The teller was polite, professional and even complimented my shirt. I needed that since I felt so hot and gross. This location is too out of my way to return on a regular basis, but if it's convenient again at least I won't have to worry about having any problems.

Absolutely understaffed, 20 minute wait to pay credit card bill, no acknowledgement from the tellers at all, seems like the staff is undertrained. Absolutely unacceptable poor customer service. Would not recommend.

Saturday 1:52PM: I understand a "mom and pops" sandwhich shop closing before the posted "Hours of Operation." But, a bank of this magnitude to lock the doors is b-a-n-a-n-a-s!
