My husband and I had a wonderful experience this morning with Melissa! In addition to being very knowledgeable and solving our problem, she was a joy to talk with. I hope she is recognized for her excellent customer service!!

Citadel has always been a good bank. This location helped me set up a business account and was always friendly no matter what time or day. Management/employees have shuffled up some but still keep that attitude.

This location is staffed with customer-friendly people. Invariably, they are happy to see me, and to take care of even the most mundane and tedious business. I also appreciate the interest in helping me to understand other options and products that Citadel offers. They're never pushy, and I appreciate their interest in helping me to get the most out of my financial relationship with the Credit Union.

Switched our banking here almost 2 years ago and we have zero regrets. The service has always been friendly, intelligent, and fast. They've worked with me to make sure I'm getting the best deal I can and have always made me feel secure in my choice to bank there. The few times I've had issues or questions, they've been very responsive and helpful. I recently had a fraud issue on my debit card, and they immediately called me and worked with me to make it right. Excellent customer service!
