When no one else wanted our business, Chuck Stevens did. Within 10 minutes of calling, they found what I wanted and when we got there, 30 minutes later, they had us approved! Best shopping experience ever!

So I actually decided to visit this dealership looking for a specific vehicle which I found,So here comes the sales guy whose name I will not mention,The first question he asked me was what kind of credit I got so i just laugh because that is not the way you greet a customer,No good day or how you doing at that point I knew I should have left but I decided to listen to this guy who is just intrested in my credit,I tried explaining to him what I was trying to get accomplish but he kept cutting me of but anyway I decided that this is not for me and left but to the sales man at Ford dealer my credit was 749 sir whoops you missed a sale!!!!

My experience with the Chuck Stevens Chevrolet of Bay Minette dealership was positive. I have heard that this was a good place to do business. Now I can truthfully say that Chuck Stevens Chevrolet is a great place to buy a car. We purchased a used Tahoe. The price was good. Nothing but issues every since I drove my car off the lot. Will not be retuning. Not to mention the late fee I had to pay since they took some long to get my title to the dmv.

Brett in the finance department was very rude to me. I wanted to buy a truck but he would not work with me. His mind was on other loans. I asked to speak to his manager and he said he was the manager. I will not come back.
