    Knowledgeable, I had a seamless integration since the merger with Motor City. The best part is notifications preventing fraud on my debit card. I was reissued a new card on the same day.

    They have walk in and drive through service. The tellers are nice and professional. They are very efficient. There is never a long wait. The ATM always has money.

    Horrible. Staff is nice and all but atm is always down. Always getting overdrawn when I was told it wouldn't take out if I didn't have the funds. Then no grace period, nothing. This company had hidden agendas. I wouldn't recommend.

    Worse bank ever, I went to open a business account and the manager wasn't nice at all not even a good morning she is not helpful and she didn't know what she is doing , so I took my money and business somewhere else

    Been using this credit union for years. Good service and mostly a friendly staff. Times though they just don't have enough tellers on to handle the flow of members especially on a Saturday. Drive thru moves sometimes at a snail's pace. No fault of the employee working they don't schedule enough staff to work the shift. Would highly recommend them. Ample parking, handicap parking and entrance. They are a full service location except for their 15 & Van Dyke location as that is their main office, which I might add --why they would not have put a branch inside this hugh building and since this owned by it's members why wasn't this put to a vote amongst the members? I for one would had voted against since it doesn't have a branch inside and the doors are always locked. Just saying!!!

    Hello... I am a long time member of Christian Financial Credit Union, I am honestly disappointed with how my problem was resolved today, actually it wasn't resolved. I am not sure how you are training people in your collections department but you guys need to teach them proper customer service. I called in with a problem 3 times this morning with my loan and questions regarding my overdraft, Asked to speak with a Supervisor and no one ever contacted me back. The fact that the representative I was speaking with showed no type of understanding, or would not even let me get out a sentence really is crazy to me. You guys are just hiring anyone huh?? The fact that it's Labor Day weekend and nobody had any care in the world to follow up with me looks super bad. The fact that I know that the people that work there don't care enough about members and would rather disregard them or make fun of them and don't always go above and beyond is beyond me especially when they're in higher up positions that should require them to go above and beyond. With that being said hopefully I get a call back soon so I can discuss with the SUPERVISOR my account and the reason why my account is the way how it is so I can have my questions answered. 🤦

    Earlier this year I was waiting in the long drive thru line only to be told by the teller that I wouldn't be serviced because it was a minute past closing time. They don't always give receipts for everything. They sometimes take my money and put it into checking even though I tell them each time to put it into savings. If this is their way of forcing me to do online banking, then it's working. I never signed up to be a member of Christian Financial, I was forced into this because of the merger with Motor City Co-Op Credit Union.

    Credit Union locations either closed, ATM don't work or bad customer service. I never had any of these problems with Motor City Credit Union. Employees sometimes act like u are not even a customer if u came from Motor City Credit Union in the merger with Christian Financial Credit Union. Have thought about changing credit unions if things don't get better.

    Nothing but problems since they took over Motor City Credit Union. Now I'm being forced to go paperless or get charged $6.00 monthly. I miss Motor City Credit Union and the people. I'm going to be looking for a new Credit Union\bank soon.
