    Most of the times the atm won’t accept cash. Then why does it take so LONG to give you back your atm card, I’ve almost walked off without mine a few times!!!!

    This review is for one of there employees, she was very rude, never had no problems with the other employees, I hate writing bad reviews, I don’t know if she be having bad days or what, but she needs a class in customer appreciation, all other employees treat me with respect as I give respect, I don’t know maybe she’s having man problems or something, whoever reads this just know this is for one employee only, I give the others who waited on me 5STARS⭐️

    Hello... I am a long time member of Christian Financial Credit Union, I am honestly disappointed with how my problem was resolved today, actually it wasn't resolved. I am not sure how you are training people in your collections department but you guys need to teach them proper customer service. I called in with a problem 3 times this morning with my loan and questions regarding my overdraft, Asked to speak with a Supervisor and no one ever contacted me back. The fact that the representative I was speaking with showed no type of understanding, or would not even let me get out a sentence really is crazy to me. You guys are just hiring anyone huh?? The fact that it's Labor Day weekend and nobody had any care in the world to follow up with me looks super bad. The fact that I know that the people that work there don't care enough about members and would rather disregard them or make fun of them and don't always go above and beyond is beyond me especially when they're in higher up positions that should require them to go above and beyond. With that being said hopefully I get a call back soon so I can discuss with the SUPERVISOR my account and the reason why my account is the way how it is so I can have my questions answered. 🤦

    The drive-through is a nightmare. The customer service is usually lacking. Just go to the main branch unless absolutely necessary.

    Not sure why but I sat at the drive thru window while the teller was doing I dont know what for about 10-15 minutes. I have not worked for a credit union but this to me is very rude and disrespectful to any customer. I think that this lady should be told that when a customer comes to the window that customer becomes priority and not whatever it is you're doing in the background. I can see why the drive thru line here is always extra slow to move. Very very poor customer service

    Worst credit union security codes change without our knowledge or doing. Can't access the telephone teller to transfer from one account to another. Credit card closed because we forgot to call the number on it. Person I spoke with was very rude. My wife ATM number change every other week I wish Motor City would have never merged with Christian Financial!!

    It’s been a year since I left this review. And the funny thing is is the ATMs still don’t work LOL Can you guys please get new atms? These are ancient. They look straight out of the 90s and are always out of service. So annoying. Do something about it.

    Super slow at getting their customers in and out, I personally will say they are under staffed. It should not take 15-20 minutes to put our money in our accounts and get our money back. Drive thru takes forever as well and every week I consider changing my credit union because I have to wait so long to get service. 😠

    Started out great but now very inconvenient. They have shut down my card 3 times now without contacting me. I only find out when i go to make a purchase. They sent me a new card that does not work. Still unable to access MY money. Atms dont work. Always "out for service". I'm taking my business elsewhere to some place that's actually convenient.

    There was one teller open when we walked in. After 10 minutes, there were 10 of us in line. Another teller came after the 6th or 7th person. We watched the manager texting or playing on her personal cellular phone in her office for 20 minutes, constantly looking over at the line that was amassed
