If you wanted to keep it moving through the process and not sitting on a desk collecting dust waiting for an answer no one seems to have...Then you should have called JoJo Dries. She will find a way where there is 'no way'. She will find solutions. That means options and choices. She is serious about communicating and answering client's questions fast and providing the information needed. I was pleased to not be handed off to someone later. She is a phone call away even now to answer questions and the process is complete. Younger than me, but my big sister now!

Chris has been amazing through the entire process. However, the processor Lavon has lost my documents more than once and has delayed the process significantly. Lavon is the only reason I give 4 stars out of 5.
