It's been a while since I've needed to get an insurance quote, so I was looking for a good price, obviously—but also for a little help and guidance through the process. I got quotes from a few different places around town, but ultimately went with Chris and his team for my auto and renter's insurance policies. They were super helpful, and gave me a great quote on the combo that was by far the lowest. I even called back about a week later because I had another question that I forgot to ask initially. Again, they were very helpful and friendly. I've recommended them to a few friends and family members in the last couple of weeks.

Emely Cahua is an amazing insurance agent! She cold called me and walked me through a step-by-step quote for my new car like no other insurer has done before. She was thorough in her explanation of each and every policy coverage. It was clear that customer service is her top priority. She was actively trying to get me the best rates with the applicable discounts. Despite her efforts, the quote was slightly higher than the competition. However, she was quick to point out the long term loyalty benefits of continuing with StateFarm which would reduce my rate over time instead of increase it like with my past insurers, Progressive and GEICO. Along with it, she also sold me an improved renters and life insurance policy with a multiple policy discount. I highly recommend her and Chris Moretti StateFarm to anyone looking to switch their insurance.

Olivia & Chris are AWESOME!!! They really went above & beyond to help Me! It's my far & the rates that I was given by other car insurance company's were astronomical. But Olivia worked with me for almost 2 months before I found my car!! Every so often she would call and help me through my hesitations of car buying & made suggestions that really paid off!! And im SOO GRATEFUL for her! She was even available after closing time for Me! And Chris is always available to help save the day! Together they both helped me get my dream car!!
