This was an excellent experience for me and my husband. We have been through the process of buying a house several times now and this was by far the best experience that we’ve had. We decided to go through Intercap using Chris Belote this time and it was the best decision that we could have made. He was patient with us, explained everything to where we understood completely, and answered every question that we had. The process went smoothly and fast. Chris was amazing! My husband and I were with a different lender, who had transferred our loan to Chris without our knowledge, and we are forever grateful! We were really given the run around with the previous lender/loan office, and when I had finally had enough, I reached out to Chris and within 15 minutes he was calling me answering all of our questions.
