Cicely is simply the best! As first time home buyers we were quickly overwhelmed with the process. We did a good amount of research prior to looking into a mortgage (read first time home buyer books, knew where we stood financially, etc.). I figured, how hard can it be? The answer is hard; unless you hire an incredible professional. Having Cicely on our team was such a breath of fresh air! Knowing we had someone who not just gets the mortgage stuff - because clearly she does- but also, integrity, made all the difference. She was always transparent, honest, and clear with the process. Honestly, it felt like we had a coach, cheerleader, and translator wrapped into one. I emailed Cicely at 8 p.m. on a Saturday fully expecting to hear back Monday at the earliest. She had all the answers back in my inbox in under an hour, on the weekend! I was shocked, and also grateful to have someone working just as hard as we were to get into our first home. We got a great rate, and negotiated closing costs, but really that was just icing on the cake for the local and intentional service we really valued. My advice to first time home buyers, or really anyone... don't even hesitate Cicely and the whole Premier team ROCK!
