I had issue with a insight card that was going to expire, so i went there at around 8am, on 12/30, the lady at the counter was very helpful with getting a replacement card, I would go here no problem

Unfortunately, I had to get a payday loan due to a financial emergency. It was my first time getting a payday loan. I had already been turned away from A-1 Cash because they refuse to accept anyone who banks with Woodforest, regardless of a 5-year account history of direct deposit in that account, gross income, etc. I decided to try Checksmart at this location and I am glad I did. I worked with Wayne, who was very friendly and helpful. I left feeling relieved and confident that I had chosen the right place to get a loan. Thanks for your help Wayne!

worst customer service i have ever experienced in my entire life. the workers are so disgusting in personality they do not care about people its not the business it just this branch in particular the manager included i am going to BBB to make a report against an employee and the manager my time at this check smart was absolutely horrible.

Very uneducated staff. They took my picture.. anyone ever had their picture taken for doing a western union transaction? My only guess is its due to my skin color.

They literally force you to get their cards. Unprofessional.
