I completed the online application and Myleen gave me a call, she reviewed everything over the phone within 5 minutes and I came in to the 19th Ave and Northern location and walked out with the funds on my debit card within 5 minutes as well. This is the type of customer service that brightens my day.

Great place to get some fast cash and great customer service

I was extremely hesitant about a registration loan & kept calling with additional questions. They were always pleasant on the phone. When i got to this location Melissa assisted my & was very thorough explaining the process. She was so patient as i was nervous & I loved her smile. Check mate on 19th ave and Northern is the better area to go for check cashing! Myleen is the best, she was very respectful and very reliable. Had trouble with speedy cash right across from them and was left very disrespected and in a bad mood. Friendly service is best and Myleen showed professionalism by immediately giving respect and kindness! Will be cashing with checkmate from now on.

I went in to this location on a spur of the moment decision with my brother to get some checks cashed. It turned out to be an awesome idea because not only was the counter lady Melissa friendly and helpful, they have water for those of us who stay thirsty. The donuts were a plus as well. Even though i get direct deposit straight to my netspend account for years now, they dont except pre-paid cards due to “not being able to take recurring charges”. This card definitely can be set up for those kind of charges so im not sure what they mean. Also submitted my application and waited for a phone call for 2 hours, no one called, had to call the store myself to check on app. Pretty disappointed that a process that took majority of my evening was a complete waste of time, when i could have been looking elsewhere.

I love coming coming here always smells so good and clean and the customer service is the best.
