I am so grateful for checkmate and this location. Without Checkmate and the help of Loren to assist; my health would suffer. I am always treated with respect and Loren goes above and beyond to answer questions and help me understand all the paperwork/payments etc. Thank you Checkmate for having a comfortable clean store with professional financial assistants. Awesome service. The representative was great. I called first and he directed me to the website and I applied online. The Rep. Called me right away and told me to come in to the store. He was able to approve me and get me squared away quick. I also got a ten dollar free bonus for applying online. Highly recommended from my point of view. Very professional. Be sure to apply online. Its much faster and easier for both parties.

I've been coming here for a year. The lady that first worked here was always so friendly no matter time of day! However, past two times I've been in, theres a gentleman there and hes got an attitude that he doesn't want to be there. I was in there a few days ago and it was close to closing; I went in to ask a question. He gave me answer but in a " I don't have time for this" way. And once I left he locked the door. It wasnt even closing time yet. Honestly, I was hoping to see the lady the second time, but I'll just go back to the checkmate on Candelaria.

Don't borrow money from these folks. But otherwise it's an okay place to cash a check or send/receive Western Union payments.

Hi I been a long time customer with checkmate and they have always treated me with respect lorance is always nice and friendly with and all customers I'M glad to be a customer.

The worst experience of my life... the guy who works there is rude as hell and so is the lady. They both need to work on customer service because they suck!
