I came to this place for the first time and cashed my 1st check from my new job they were advertising the Netspend card so I was like OK it would great to set up direct deposit for my job so I ask her if she could put my whole check on the card and she said yes all I had to do was call and activate it. So I call and try to activate it after she already put the money on the card but the people at netspend told me that I wasn't eligible so I said okay can I get my money off and they said NO I would have to wait 10 business day to receive a check I was furious sad and confused I'm a single mom with four kids so I try to cry to them they finally help me the next day also taking 20 dollars from me....I HATE THIS PLACE ALL THEY TRY TO DO IS TAKE YOUR MONEY.....I CAME BACK AND TRY TO BE NICE CAUSE THE LADY HELP ME AND CASH MY CHECK the next 2weeks THEY CHARGE 14$ TO CASH MY CHECK....NEVER EVER GOING BACK TO CHECK N GO !
